This marks the expansion of the application of large scrap steel ratio technology from hot-formed steel to cold-rolled galvanized plate categories, among which the scrap steel ratio of cold-rolled galvanized plates has reached the domestic advanced level.

Faced with the difficulties of controlling residual elements of cold-rolled galvanized plates and high requirements for the cleanliness of steel, the Lianggang R&D team summarized the previous experience in large scrap steel production, and innovatively developed an integrated production control and full-process quality traceability system through optimization of production organization and refined management, successfully achieving stable mass production of large scrap steel cold-rolled galvanized plates. With innovative smelting technology, large scrap steel has fully met customer requirements in terms of composition, performance and processing performance than cold-rolled galvanized plates, and the overall surface quality is better than traditional products. At the same time, due to its low-carbon and environmentally friendly nature, this product can be widely used in home appliance panels, new energy vehicle structural parts and other fields, providing support for the green upgrading of downstream industries.
